Hi! Thank you for being here. My name is Laura, and I am a certified birth doula supporting Langley and Abbotsford.
My passion for birth started after a caesarean section with my first son. The more I learned, the more I fell in love birth and labour. In 2023, I had a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Caesarean) with my second son. Which was the most empowering experience of my life.
My main goal is to ensure every person involved in the birth feels seen, valuable and loved. I look forward to learning more about you and your journey.

Birth Support Package

Free consultation, this is so we can get to know each other.

1/2x prenatal visits (90 minutes) we will meet at your home and talk about coping mechanisms, birth plan, look at coping tools and play a birth plan game.

Virtual support during early labour

Physical support during active labour

After birth I will provide support for breastfeeding and postpartum support for 1-3 hours.

1x Postpartum visit between 2-4 weeks.

Provide you with resources that enhance your knowledge about labour and birth.

Phone call/ texting support through whole pregnancy and till 6 weeks postpartum.

On call 24/7 from 37 weeks onward.
